Night 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai  by night train
Impress travel’s staff pick you up in the hotel then drive to Hanoi station for a night train to Sapa (overnight on the train, the cabin with 4 berths, soft sleeper and air-conditioning), you can book the whole cabin or you can share with 2 other persons. 
There are several train depart from Hanoi station between 7pm to 10pm, the journey is about 8,5 hours, the end in Lao Cai Station.

Day 1:  Lao Cai – Sapa, trek to Ta Van village (B,L,D)
The train arrives in Lao Cai at 6.30 a.m,  Our Impress team will  welcome you by your name sign. We drive up to Sapa about 50 minutes on Bus,  you will be taken to a small guesthouse for a morning showers then your breakfast at a local restaurant here.
After breakfast & short morning beak and have some last preparation for the trekking to villages
At  10 Am we leave the hotel and start  trekking . The fist part is on the road but we soon turn to the right and walk on a small path down the valley to Muong hoa river and visit the Black Hmong in Lao chai  . Black Hmong is one of the biggest minority group in Sa pa district . They are proud of their culture and keep their traditions way of living . They have their own language ,wear traditions indigo bluclothing  …
After that you continue go to Ta van village to visit the Zay People . Zay is a fairly small minority group of 38.000.people who live in the mountains in the North west Viet nam . The development has meant that some of their old custom have been lost but many woman still wear tradition shits with purple, blue or green colour . The Zay houses are build in wood and bamboo with clay floor . We stay overnight with a local family in Ta van and have dinner there .

Day 2: Ta van – Giang Ta chai – Sa pa  ( B)
After the breakfast we continue to visit Red Zao  people at Giang Ta chai village . Where we also see a waterfall . The Red Zao woman have very colorful embroideries and coins on their clothing . On their head they wear a red scarf . Some of the women have shaved off their eyebrows because of a nice Red Zao Legend .
We continue go along small path in the rice filds ,cross the Muong hoa river and trek up to Su pan where you meet the  car pick you up to Sa pa (Trekking distance : 10 Km)

Day 3: Sapa to Bac Ha market and Lao Cai station ( B, L)
Get up early for breakfast, check out of the hotel, and then drive to Bac Ha market (106 km). To get there through the beautiful range of mountain. You will see Bac Ha Sunday market: The biggest ethnic market in the Lao Cai province, where you will find buffaloes, horses, blacksmiths, saddlers, but also traditional medicine doctors, with their thousands of mountain herbs and plants, and lots of traditional clothes and local artifacts.
Several groups of deep-coloured Hmong are found there, as well as Dao, Tay, Nung, and Phu La. Make sure to arrive before 9 a.m., the market ends at about 12 :30.You can have lunch at one of the market stalls inside the market for more of a traditional taste.
In the afternoon, walking around villages of Flower H’mong and tasking corn wine. Then we transfer to Lao Cai town. Dinner here and boarding the night train. After 8,5 hours, you arrive in Hanoi station at 5.30 Am.

Around 700m above sea level, the highlands around Bac Ma are somewhat warmer than Sapa. Bring ear plugs so you needn't endure the 'Voice of Vietnam' echoing from the loudspeakers at market-rousing time.
